Executive Coaching

High value.
The penny drop. 1:1.

Will works with a small number of senior leaders at a time — one-on-one, deeply, over time. He helps them see the unconscious complexity they've created, find the simple truth inside it, and leave every session knowing exactly what to do next.

Most leaders have a clarity problem disguised as a complexity problem. They're too close to see what's actually simple — trapped in unconscious complexity beyond what the situation requires.

Will's coaching creates the penny drop in private. Session by session, he helps leaders move from unconscious complexity to conscious simplicity — until they can find the simple truth themselves.

Sessions are direct, challenging, and free of the language that makes coaching feel like coaching. This is not a programme or a package. It's a relationship — as long as it's useful, and not a day longer.

"Will doesn't ask you to think harder. He shows you where you've been thinking wrong."

The leader who's stuck
You know something needs to change but can't see what. You're creating unconscious complexity — and you need someone to show you where.
The high performer at a ceiling
You've succeeded by doing what you've always done. The next level requires something simpler — and you're not sure what that is yet.
The leader needing a thinking partner
Smart people around you, but nobody who will tell you the simple truth. Will is that person — direct, trusted, entirely in your corner.
The executive in transition
New role, new complexity. You need the penny drop quickly — before people have decided who you are.

What to expect
01
A frank first conversation
Will starts by understanding what's actually going on — not what you think is going on. Expect direct questions and the first penny drop moments from session one.
02
Regular 1:1 sessions
Fortnightly or monthly. Structured around what matters right now — not a predetermined curriculum. The penny drop shows up differently every time.
03
Between-session access
When something comes up between sessions — and it will — Will is available. A real relationship, not a calendar slot.

Will Turner is a Brisbane-based executive coach working with senior leaders — CEOs, founders, C-suite executives, and senior partners — across Australia and internationally. He takes a deliberately small number of clients at any time, typically no more than six to eight, to ensure depth over volume.

His coaching approach is built on a single insight: most leadership challenges are not complexity problems — they are clarity problems dressed as complexity problems. The leader is too close to their own situation to see the simple truth. Will's role is to find that truth and create the penny drop: the moment it becomes visible and impossible to ignore.

Sessions are direct, candid, and free of the language that makes coaching feel like coaching. There are no frameworks to complete, no homework to submit, and no predetermined arc. The relationship lasts as long as it is genuinely useful — and not a day longer.

Not a programme. No six-week modules, no competency frameworks. Just direct work on the actual challenge the leader is facing right now.
Not behaviour change. Most coaching focuses on what to do differently. Will focuses on what to see differently — because clarity always comes before action.
Not a consultant. Will doesn't deliver recommendations. He creates the conditions for the leader to see clearly for themselves — so the answer lands as intuitive certainty, not external advice.
The penny drop is the output. Every session ends with at least one moment of genuine clarity — one thing the leader now knows that they didn't before.
Industries. Financial services, professional services, technology, healthcare, retail, government, and not-for-profit. The method is universal.
